Well I just managed to finish the 1798 with HRE using Moreau, Lasalle and Isabela in 29 rounds, and I didn't get Victoria, but I got Lan. I tired it twice, once I selected Europe and once Asia (that's how I got Lan). Any idea why I didn't get it? CongratsΒ pizdindusman, !π you passed the biggest obstacle EW4 offers!
