It's for PC. It's a real time military Strategy Game based in Asia during the Cold War. It Features around 1200 units from 14 countries and has a Single- and Multiplayer Mode.

Oh cool... similar to a RTS like Command & Conquer (I prefer StarCradt: Brood War) or more of battlefield action like Total War? |

Yeah it is a bit similar you've got a better view over the battlefield and can zoom in to the units but you don't have those basebuilding thing apart from F.O.Bs.
