Two Things: 1. The Light Bringer, this is not sportsmanlike and you are clearly trying to bypass me without my permission. Simply because Perón decided to do his later does not mean you may go past me as well. 2. Napoleon Bonaparte, i can't believe you'd support him in creating a poll for whether him or i should host the next TW. Quite frankly, I'm disappointed with both of you.

Uh no? That doesn't make sense. In programming, it's a defered excute order, if Juan postponed his TW, then the next TW that has the second priority takes up the present spot. Yours has third, not second. Nuff said.

Switching spots is unfair. As we all said in elementary school (unless it was us or our friend that was cutting) "You can't cut me (in line) unless I let you"
Elementary schoolers never accepted that, but we're better with our advanced age

If so, i can start tomorrow

I think German Africa may be too op in region, so what do you guys say? I propose it has to go ¾ from current territory Depends on number of provinces. And also depending on how the troops are produced. If it's like TW10, then definitely depends a lot on how many are drawn on the map. Could be a lot or a few. If it's more like GW/CW, then even if Africa has a lot of provinces, but low pop and income, then it's weaker. I personally think TWs should be simplified but offering depth in strategic planning, not to the point where it's just a pointless kiddie game, so simple. Lol

Lol Yeah, that is why I am planning a new battle system, where you will have to fight 3 times in major battles for victory and 1 for minor ones.

Do you plan to use Jean-Luc Picard's idea of dice rolls? It's based on how strong or weak the attacker is in comparison to the defender in that zone of war (by measuring BP) and it also has a limit on how little or many casualties are decided too. It's very fair and impossible to abuse for benefits, so I like it.
