Or just leave TW9 as an asterisk in our records. Plus almost all other TWs would have a fine print next to them "DNF" as did not finish. It's like even with or without the number 9, the whole list is choked by the asterisks. Might as well leave 9 as vacant and never used since it never started. |

In order to combat line skipping we can just do TW9 after 15.

I am fine with just leaving TW9 as it is. An unfinished TW that never got to see the light of day.
