Knowing history in this period... I'm afraid to take up USA...  Will America be allowed to colonize as alternative history tho? In the Age of Imperialism 4.3 (AOI - a mod for civ3) the USA has only Alaska, Hawaii, and Pago Pago as colonies, with very minimal resources (except for Alaska). It was still equipped to become am imperial colonizer if the player choose to do so. Monroe Doctrine to level 11 FTW!! Yes or no? If yes, I'll be Grover "Desophaeus" Cleveland of the white house. If you're going to say no, I'll take GB instead and become the perpetual Prime Minister of the British Empire (which was still a correct name for the Brits at that time even if they didn't have an emperor). |

Desophaeus, yes you may. You can colonize as any country as long as it has access to the sea or directly borders the unclaimed land. No need for people to take more than one country, but feel free to take two if you do please

Ehhhh...the only 2 here that I'm interested in and haven't been taken are Sweden and Bavaria, but people took Prussia and Denmark...I don't know if I want Russia though because big state=many neighbors...I might just stick with Star Trek for right now
