I do against aliens.. I would defenitly get him air is mostly for late games when you have tons of money and even so you'll mostly be investing in nukes anyway. Air movement people are a strange bunch tbh

I'd say no. Not strong enough for me to spend 3000. For what price would you consider to buy him? Delete Desert Fighting and Mountain Fighting, wipe out all tank, arty and navy stars, lower the price to 2000s.

So his best purpose would be the following:
Leave him on a field artillery inside a city for devensive purpose, he will be your alien air general.
But then i can ask, what makes him better than dowding? Yes he has more putput when aliens are attacking him, but dowding has 5 air stars, while he only got 4

So he seems to fit on these purposes:
1. Movy artillery dude 2. Human air: on a motorized infantery (to move quivkly) 3. Alien air: on a field artillery
But hes still not the best in each category, so if you want your generals focused... and for a general thats mediocre in everything you caj doubt why hes 3000

General that makes sense to get beside the regular ones we discussed 1000 timesif they can be usefull in alien campaign...
