Too slow, otherwise I'd have bought him

I will buy him, but only after I buy and promote all the more important generals first. His movement make him unfit for the main lineup, but in some defensive missions where he doesn't have to move far, he can be more useful than other arty generals.

General #8
Infantery **** Tank ***** Artillery **** Air ** Navy * Movement *****
Panzer leader lvl4 Blitzkrieg lvl4 Explosives lvl4 Defense tactics lvl3 Plain fighting lvl3
Marshal 280 17000
Great on infantery, tank AND artillery
Infantery, he has 4 stars on infantery plus defense, plain and explosives on a high level. I wouldnt put him on this troop but hell do enough for it.
Tank, 5 star tanks and 5 star movement plus solid tanks skills, more to say?
Artillery, 4 star artillery and 5 star movement. His skills are great as well, best artillery general in game
To conclude his stars and skills will ensure hell do missions great as well
Redenation not to buy him:
17000?!? You can buy a perfect eye covered for that price. Yes hes great, but hes not perfect, and you can buy a perfect arty dude or tank dude for that.

Obviously no. He's way too expensive. Like stated, I'd rather make my own eye covered arty general instead. Also he does not have supply, which might be the only reason to change my mind.

Took the words right out of my mouth Ace forces would have made it fogivable, but as is, I think I'll take my eyes-covered and build him to my specs

What if his price was lowered, to lets say 10000 or 20 us dollars or so (hint hint)

Isn't it Erich von Manstein? I think the price should be 10000 though. Yes, will consider him. Strong overall army general is great.

It's already hard to save up for Guderian , like that Christmas present that we really want but cost like $1500

Um..a practical answer is no. Eye-covered + Guderian is already the best tank lineup done. He might fit in no.3 tank but there aren't many times I need 3 tanks, and if I do, 17000 is still too expensive. I'll consider him only after I have no more generals left to buy or promote.

If he had tide of iron my answer would have been yes.

He could fit in no.2 tank/arty, and even infantry.
