Ok lets solve this, instead of 49 armies built there are 20 armies built. 6 armies will be in the specific Pakistan province (forgot name) . 6 of them will be in S-Ireland 6 of them in London and 2 in Edinburgh.

So the only problem now is that when he did his 4th attack he had no units left.
6*0,4=2,4=2 4*0,7=2,8=3 1*0,2=0,2=1

I would suggest just to leave it for what it is. (So all 4 attacks are valid) and he has 14 units now since pakistani units were killed

NEW ROUND! Everyone who hasn't done their first round turns, please do the first turn and the second turn ones this round.
1831 Events:
Haiti overruns Spanish Hispaniola: News has just reached Madrid that the Haitians have recently overrun the Spanish colony of Hispaniola. While we could take action against them, we would gain prestige if we were to accept the invasion. Plus, we could extend diplomatic ties to Haiti to gain more influence in the Western Hemisphere in order to counteract growing American influence in the region. Decision for Spain: We shall formally cede Eastern Hispaniola to Haiti and extend diplomatic ties-Gain 20 prestige, formal alliance with Haiti Draft the Invasion Plans-Lose 20 prestige, Spain now at war with Haiti to retake the Dominican Republic (not annex)
Trail of Tears: Started by President Andrew Jackson in the late 1820's and early 1830's, the Trail of Tears was a program aimed at relocating the Native American populations in the Southeastern USA to reservations in Oklahoma. This is considered by many to be one of the darkest events in American history. USA: Gain Oklahoma
Voortrekkers: The Voortrekkers were descendants of Dutch settlers in South Africa who migrated northward from the Cape of Good Hope inland to native African areas. The British aimed to absorb their lands into the Cape Colony during most of this period. United Kingdom: Lose 5 prestige

Qing 1-2. Build 17 artilleries. 3-6. Build 68 infantries. Japan 1-2. Build 10 artilleries. 3-6. Build 40 infantries. Japanese turns are fine, but you can only have up to 50 troops for China.
