No,guide is Ok. As You was saying You wasn't giving so much attention to air and nukes.
The strategy I use anticipates assigning just 2 generals. That's enough for this conquest.
I put Govorov for Field Artillery and Guderian for example for Heavy Tank. One light tank goes to Habarovsk and in some time I send PMI (paramotorized infantry) to go to China coast to take Shanghai or any other empty city.
Heavy Tank goes to eliminate Saudi. Default general goes directly to Istanbul to take it. Other units and Field Artillery are waiting for Soviets to destroy Ankara to make final shot and to take it. As soon as You did it You have one or two nukes. One normally is enough to finish Greece. That's it. You have good economy to farm gold and nukes. There is no need to advance before You have a lot of nukes and gold. Just defend, retake Sofia in case it is taken by the Italians and steal from the allies (Romania, Hungary, Poland). Next important point - taking missle city in Europe. The only good city is Berlin. Soviets normally almost defeat Germany so it is not a big deal. As soon as You have Berlin, finish the Germany - very easy - couple of almost destroyed cities, and defend in Europe for a while. You have 5-7 nukes and could take Japan and Manila just in one turn. Manila is the main city of US advance in Asia. As soon as it is taken down from one of the missle city and conquered by paratroopers from Honkong (I normally wait for US to destroy it and then retake it) the US is not a rival.
You only need to watch for Sapparo in Japan. US like to paratroop near the city from Alaska and take it after bombing. So the best idea is to accumulate 5-7 nukes more to take the US and Canada coast. After that You have no rival in Asia, huge economy and many nukes producing cities and can take Europe in several turns.

That's great! Congrats! I was just once close to repeat my record - 48 turns. Right now I mostly make it something like 50-52 turns, but when unlucky in the beginning it could take couple of more turns. Is there anything new that You could share about the strategy? |

Please show the strategy, if I get this 1960 Iran Reward I can save up for Goering because I can't get HQ 36 all the missions are Icomplete or too hard The speed guide describes it all. But yeah since the 1960 era is by far the most important in terms of farming potential and that Iran seems to be the most efficient country to farm for that era it follows that someone out there could take Andrei guide and polish it a bit better and add pics and stuff. The most efficient way to farm in world conqueror 3 deserves more than a giant wall of text Mind you,I am not judging,I found the info in the guide very usefull! |

I basically did pretty much like what you do but I added what I know from Saltin that the east most city of Soviet (with nuke and missile) is usually vacant. So I sent out a couple of motorized infantry there right at the beginning of the conquest and waited to capture the city. Thus, I had a base of operation in Pacific and could take the whole region as soon as I had enough nukes and gold. Another thing i did was that I assigned all 6 generals at the beginning in order to farm quickly. When I have nukes, they become useless anyway. I had problem with the Brazilian in Cuba which took me many rounds to get there. |

I also always go to Habarovsk Yeah, in case the brazilians are at Cuba it takes some time. When that happens I paratroop the units to the islands near Cuba and assign generals in order they wouldn't be killed by the bombers. But there is always a chance that the Americans would nuke them. |

Good lord there no way I'll come close to even 100. But anyway. So...lol.., I'm doing this conquest right now with no purchased generals(money or medal wise), I don't have the hydrogen bomb tech, highest level tech I have is infantry 6, and I hardly have any wonders. This is where I am so far...or never mind it won't let me paste the damn screenshot. Lemme know of there's a way please and I'll post it but for now I'll just have to describe. So I've taken all Turkish city's an oil, I managed to send paratroopers into Athens taking Greece, but I haven't taken any Saudi cities and a Russian supertank with a general has made its way down. Any screw-up or am I doing fine so far? Or should I just leave this conquest be and actually get the Hydrgoen bomb first lol!

UPDATE: I've taken Medina, Prague, Naples,Belgrade,Sofia, and I'm close to taking Lyon. Canada's kickin butt in Siberia and Australia's plowin through south china. Then for some weird reason Mongolia decided to abandon everything and head towards MY Balkans...maaaaybe I should wait until I get good tech upgrades.
