I actually want money in the wars (even if the war's experimental) , but I don't think we should do this in GW as that thing has just piled and piled up things (sorry junior, I really feel that way) also we should keep money and all related things a bit nerfed so we don't end up in a thing that's never ending (example GW)
Desophaeus is right, in order to actually test a feature in a war you should be in another war yourself to see the outcome of another experiment and then see if yours goes good or not.

6 players (or more maybe )
You can choose either 1 red, 2 blues or 3 yellows
1 red has a population of 30 million and gives you 3 million dollars a turn
1 blue has a population of 15 million and gives you 1.5 million dollars a turn
1 yellow has a population of 10 million and gives you 1 million dollars a turn
Minor purples: 7.5 million and 750,000 dollars
Major greens: 40 million and 4 million dollars
