The first general looks South/Central American (Montezuma maybe?) so I think it's probably a global Age of Discovery scenario.
Of course, he might be Gajah Mada (Majapahit, a kingdom that used to rule what is now Indonesia and Singapore). I don't think he is though as I never see feathers in any Indonesian traditional clothing.

Age of Discovery sounds really cool (Granted, I think almost everyone wanted WWI, but do we matter?), I hope it is that because I will admit that I know absolutely nothing about Asia during the Age of Discovery disregarding the European encroach in the area. Edit: I just realized we did have the pictures in the translation thread  Yes, the first picture could either be an Aztec or Incan Emperor. I say either/or because the description is very vague and probably could refer to both (Both the Incans and the Aztecs needed to unify their surrounding regions and brought the empires to new heights) It is definitely can't be an all Asia game because the first picture is definitively Aztec or Incan. Therefore, I must agree with Laurent de Gouvion with the idea that its the Age of Discovery. |

First rip update gog2
Second the title, got a feeling thisll be ew5, why?
Look at their latest titles (3k exclused):
Ew3-wc2-gog-ew4-wc3-gog2-?
i see a pattern
Second look at all ew games, what do they have in common?
They are all before ww2, and this game is certainly before ww2.
Wc games are all about ww2 and cold war, i dont see them making gog3 straight after gog2 and for 3k, the first one looks straight out of south america.
The era of the game looks like early age of discussion, looking at the pics. Middle ages might fit as well, but tbh i dont think itll be that early.
The place of the game looks to me like the whole world. But it can be asia only, if the first one isnt from south america

you see beneath all pics "a general:"
Meaning that there are generals in the game, hopefully easytech knows that the general system in gog2 wasnt amazing and bring back the old ones.
Perhaps city walls? Like they had in 3k? It fits in the era. But also that is theoretical.
I think conquest (lets hope its in) is more like ew4. I dont see a world conquest comming but more small scale conquest 1 continent only.
Also we have a mysterious general which is a girl i think, perhaps princess?
