Also if you have Scandinavia why is Baltic region clear? It is the way of the Amber, every rich roman knew it.
At least make 3 provinces for symbolic Prussian, Baltic and finnugre tribes

Questioning between Judea or the Persians...Ill take Persia since it will probably be easier than Judea. Also, will the Western Romans get events leading to collapse and will the Eastern Romans become the Byzantines The Eastern Roman/Byzantine Distinction is semantical IMO, and the Western Romans will have Nerfing events. Also: I suggest you judge Judea's defense Tech before the pick Still choosing Persia as Judea is totally surrounded by the Byzantines. |

At least make 3 provinces for symbolic Prussian, Baltic and finnugre tribes The Scandinavian Provinces were hanging off the edge awkwardly anyway, I was considering it but decided that I'd need to add more Germanic tribes to make it visually OK, and that would cause Rome to be thoroughly ROFL-stomped |

If it really is ffa, the ostrogoths are easy to kill off. Perhaps add another prov?
And norse should have a naval buff.
