If it really is ffa, the ostrogoths are easy to kill off. Perhaps add another prov? And norse should have a naval buff. I think I'll leave the Ostrogoths as is. I mean, Judea doesn't have a big buff either. THe Norse still need a naval buff to encourage them to attack the pictled Picts. |
