Now that TW12 has died (rest in peace), and António Salazar is away, It looks like it's time to set up TW13, with me in the Captain's Seat. The setting will be 285 AD. The powers are: Western Roman Empire, Purple (16 Provinces)-taken by Napoleon BonaparteEastern Roman/Byzantine Empire, Orange (12 Provinces)-taken by Frederick the GreatPersia, Yellow (8 Provinces)-taken by Ivan KolevThe Saxons, Dark Red (4 Provinces)-taken by Von Bismarck jrThe Norsemen, Pink (3 Provinces)-taken by Laurent de GouvionThe Celts and the Picts, Green (2 Provinces)-taken by Quintus FabiusThe Visigoths, Gray (3 Provinces)-taken by best75The Ostrogoths, Orangeish Brown (2 Provinces)-taken by NetherFreekJudea, Light Blue (1 Province)-taken by The Light BringerThere will be no alliances. .org/image/yqi01xtx7/] [/url] Some names on the maps are regrettably blurred Map Key: 1: Judea 2: Denmark 3: Norway 4: Frysia EDIT: Gave the Visigoths a Province that makes them more aligned towards attacking Western Rome Note: We will need someone to take Western Rome in order to begin, and I'd like to get the ball rolling around Midnight GMT of Tuesday

Are the frysians and batavans part of the saxons? The Saxons are honestly being used as a Generic Germanic Tribe, so basically yes

I'll sign up even though I have college coming around the corner. I should be at least partially active 4 to 5 times a week. Maybe I should take a smaller power, not one of the Romans? They're one of my favorite civilizations in real life history because they're far, far more complicated than somebody would think after one look, not to mention their unbelievable huge impact on Western life throughout the ages.
Question: do you plan to have some sort of poltical thing in each country (I don't mean poltical poltical, but I mean like domestic policy, government and management)? I remember a long time ago, you said you wanted something creative - cloak and dagger, something like that.

I will do espionage and sabotage.

Those two Romans are quite big while others are roughly the same size (slight variation ofc). I don't know what you have in mind.

Questioning between Judea or the Persians...Ill take Persia since it will probably be easier than Judea.
Also, will the Western Romans get events leading to collapse and will the Eastern Romans become the Byzantines

Also: I suggest you judge Judea's defense Tech before the pick
