An address from the Sultan, delivered in Parliament on April 7th, 1848 Ladies, Gentlemen, Leaders of the World, and my Ottoman brethren, Allah bless you all. Through the ages, there have been aggressors who attacked innocents unprovoked, to satisfy their bloodlust. Genghis Khan's Mongols and the Crusaders are among them. Now, we face a new aggressor: the United States. In a lust for land and vengeance, the US has threatened no less than four sovereign nations: The Peru-Bolivian Confederation, Chile, Mexico, and the Confederate States of America. It is my opinion that this aggression may permanently damage the balance of power in the Americas, and the world at large. Therefore, I call on you, to boycott American Products. Do not feed this aggressor with your money, ere it expand further and swallow us all! I call on you, to protect the balance of power! I call on you, to protect Mexico! I call on you, to protect Chile! I call on you, to protect the CSA! I call on you, to protect the PBC! I call on you, to impose sanctions on the United States! Thank you, and may you all find yourselves in Allah's good graces. this is getting ridiculous. First you invaded Mexico and now you're doing this? And when you attack an innocent, peaceful country, you can expect the first Honduran lead battle. |

this is getting ridiculous. First you invaded Mexico and now you're doing this? I agree in the sense of him returning to the game. However, everybody knows you don't trade! what? I've been writing about how much revenue I've gotten from trade. The last year it was $1200000. Heck I even wanted to sell 50000 extra guns of mine but no one bothers to read what I write! Before you start criticizing me for not "trading", do read whatever I write. |

I was being sarcastic, based on how you once forbade trade, when almost no neutral country does that. (even North-Korea trades) I am aware that you trade now. |

He has 30,000. Anyway, Oregon- settled starting in 1843 Washinton- sold by Britain in 1846. California- Mexican until the late 1840s. NONE of these regions were American when this RP started. Only a person with knowledge of the future could demand these places. Technically I DID destroy your brief rule north of California though. I prefer an alternate history where USA never got the west coast. but thats just IMO. |

They're all scattered around the Caribbean.

100 on the Pacific coast
50 each on PBC and Honduran border.
