California- Mexican until the late 1840s. NONE of these regions were American when this RP started. Only a person with knowledge of the future could demand these places. Technically I DID destroy your brief rule north of California though. I prefer an alternate history where USA never got the west coast. but thats just IMO. I'm thinking to start an RP where the USA is in bits and pieces (every state is independent). Maybe I should do it? Wait? You attacked Washington (that was mine with Oregon) and then you say Britain sold it to you? Britain already left Canada in the start of this game. How come is it selling parts of my land to you? Your point makes no sense? |

Mate, you've said multiple times that you want a west coast. We are simply defending our territory. The only reason you should worry about that is if you want to try and attack the West Coast. can't you just sell me your land? I have a stronger claim on it anyway because I'm a Spanish speaking country like the population of California at this time. Your nation is predominantly English speaking and a different culture. The only claim on California you could possibly have in this timeline is that you are closer geographically to it which in my opinion is a much weaker basis for a claim than shared language and culture. Besides, Chile has been sending settlers there already. |

Also, while the League of Nations is a good idea, @coolguy14, I reckon it would be even more inefficient with EFC playing than it was in real life. |

Which was my point. |

Note; there is a difference between peaceful and neutral. Note number 2; there will be a referendum in New Mexico, more than 7 means it wants to be a part of USA, less than seven means it wants to be a part of Mexico. |

Chile will join the league for now but is outraged by the unfairness of the League especially since it was decided on by a minority while other sleep. Chile votes nay on demilitarisation and will not move its troops from California. They are there for defense and any efforts to remove them will be regarded as an attempt to undermine the national security of Chile. I am willing to negotiate this later but right now the League and America itself is far to unstable for Chile to send its troops home.

The process involves the mass-production of steel from molten pig iron. February; trading with various countries earns $1700000. March; 300000 special kind of troops are commissioned into the army. They are called "The U.S. Marines". It costed us $1000000 to train and arm these men. They are currently 10000 Marines in each state. April; the government pays $600000 to a team of scientists who are trying to invent incendiary bullets. May; 100000 men are trained and deployed to form "The Police" in cities to deal with crime. $500000 were spent in training and arming them. June; prisons and jails open in the country to keep the criminals away from the people. July; windfall taxes received throughout the past six months were $900000. Income taxes amounted to $1500000 August; in far-flung areas where the government was unable to focus on previously, schools, colleges, hospitals and police stations are built. Costing $700000. September; economic sanctions are in turn imposed on the Ottoman Empire. This may look stupid but a certain Empire needs to mind it's own business. The US ambassador in the Ottoman Empire (along with his staff) leaves the Empire. ( Jean-Luc Picard ). October; we are no longer at war with anyone and officially join the League of Nations. November; the first incendiary bullets are created. Experimentally 5000 are produced. The formula for creating them is a heavily guarded secret. Cost of production of these bullets is $500000. Army; Since New Mexico has been given back to Mexico, 10000 men from that state were sent to defend the capital, Washington DC)
Every state has 10000 Regular units and 10000 Marines. (There are 29 states)
Washington DC also has 10000 Regular units and 10000 Marines.
Navy; 20 cruisers defend the coast, 10 ironclads and 10 submarines defend the Overseas States.
