Dombrowski Infantry: ** Cavalry: **** Artillery: ** Trade: *** Move: *** Training: *** Defense Art Banner Strike Surprise 6 Emblems
*Picks up jaw from floor* This is the #2 cav general in the game! He's GOOD! Defense Art is good for staying alive, while Strike and Surprise keep him punching. Give him an armored car and your Murats and Lasalles will be confined to the stables. Level 4 IAP General

Poniatowski
Infantry: *** Cavalry: *** Artillery: ** Fort: * Trade: ** Move: ** Training: *** Geography Leadership Fireproof Assault Art 6 Emblems
Anyone who was there at the start may remember how we drooled over Lasalle, Moreau, and Suvorov, and their identically-colored skills. Now we see an instance where that drooling is justified. Pont can command any unit equally well, and quite well at that. I, for one, am a huge fan. You should be too. Level 4

Sulkowski
Cavalry: **** Move: ** Training: ** Strike Spy Cavalry Trainer 860 medals
Wawaweewa! Budget Murat? I think so. We may have Sophia for forts, but Sulkowski can kill humans well and take Dumo's spot. A worthy compatriot to Dombrowski and Poniatowski A- General

Kosciuszko
Infantry: *** Fort: **** Trade: ** Training: *** Architecture Defense Art Fort Trainer 685 medals
Following up the last few acts is this inf/econ gem. He's Fatimah, with teeth! Very nice! My choice for a non-IAP Econ chap.

Sokolnicki
Cavalry: * Artillery: ** Fort: * Trade: ** Move: * Accurate Engineering 590 medals
Look! It's baby Scharnhorst! But beware, buying him and upgrading him to Scharnhorst will cost a full 1450 medals, whereas the good Prussian will cost 790 (note the 660 medal saving, which could go towards Scharnie's 5th Artillery star). Not recommended, for price reasons B- General.

A crap general. Plain and simple. He has good stars, but cringeworthy skills. D General

Godebski
Cavalry: *** Fort: * Move: * Training: * Architecture 420 medals
He tried, and failed, to be Kosciusko. Now he wallows in mediocrity. Architecture is his only redeeming feature, and isn't enough. Get Fatimah instead! D General

Konopka
Cavalry: ** Trade: * Move: * Trench 310 medals
If you take Konopka, remove a few letters, and add a few letters, you get Kahia. The quality stays the same (around the level of my dog's excrement). Not recommended.

Kutuzov
Infantry: **** Cavalry: *** Artillery: ** Fort: ***** Trade: ** Move: *** Training: *** Fireproof Defense Art Siege Master Formation 8 Emblems
Pretty good, but he could use some work. His survivability is only good for s/l, and his output against units in complex terrain is poor. Good, but not enough for me. Level 3

Kutuzov Infantry: **** Cavalry: *** Artillery: ** Fort: ***** Trade: ** Move: *** Training: *** Fireproof Defense Art Siege Master Formation 8 Emblems Pretty good, but he could use some work. His survivability is called into question, as is his output against units in complex terrain. Good, but not enough. Level 3 Questioning Kutuzov's survival ability is like questioning Lan's output against people. With s/l he is the only undead.

I assumed only mild s/l, which means Mass Fire is still the output retention skill of choice.

But still IMO I prefer him more than Poniatowski, just because I'm sick of Blucher&Wittgenstein&Grouchy's output against cities, and Poniatowski is no better than them at that(I hardly s/l). Same reason I don't like Davout(also I think cav-arty is the worst combination in EW4).

Bagration
Infantry: **** Cavalry: * Artillery: * Navy: * Fort: ***** Trade: * Move: ** Training: *** Mass Fire Defense Art War Expert Fort Trainer 6 emblems.
Analytically speaking, he has two worthy skills: Mass Fire and Defense Art. That leads to two conclusions: 1. He's an infantry defender 2. He is 1/2 Victoria
For defenders, Leadership>Anything, so Washington and Lannes beat him. To top it off, he's Victoria lite Not recommended Level 1 IAP General
