There are times when some extra power makes it worthwhile to pay an extra 200 medals for your trainer. This is not one. Banner is only worth it on a keeper gen. Fischer is a trainer. Grab Elphinstone, 195 medals below him, or his fellow Dane Falsen, 105 medals below him.

Many players will see his all-cav skills and mad stars and buy him. This is a mistake, since he's really just a fast Golitsyn. Get Dombrowski or Golitsyn for People-Killer Cav instead of him. Not recommended
