Uh actually I did recieve a snowball when i was still captain, but I gave it to Laurent de Gouvion. Part of me regrets losing it but most of me think it is a gesture of goodwill |

Ya badges are proboards store items (real money) anyone and everyone can purchase and gift them to anyone they please.Although very few peole elect to do so.Now and then I buy a few myself and hand them out although this doesnt happen very often.
