Noticed some threads about fastest conquest ever. Anyone knows, which was the best result with and without ion canon? I am playing USSR 1939 without upgrading ion canon (just because I haven't upgraded even everything instead of ion canon), for now the best result is 19 turns. My ion canon is lvl1, ECs are upgraded about 75%, academy gens are not promoted at all. I think upgrade of gens will let me do it faster.

As I know, that's with ion canon? Yes. Than this record will not stand for long time. I just promoted Govorov, that let me save 2 turns. This is my current record and it is without ion canon. I just have it on lvl 1. And also I can upgrade my ECs and promote academy gens, so I think for sure 15 turns I will make even without ion canon. I have one idea how to improve strategy, which can save me 1-2 turns (I was very close to 16 turns, some 200-300 gold could save me one turn). ![]() .org/image/jjypu7wc3/]  [/url] Anyone knows what was the best result without ion canon? |

All with ion cannon. Sure, the bad thing is that I will have some notable ion canon only after long time. Right now my next project is 5th air star for second EC. Than I'ļl have to think, if it is worth to upgrade 5th art star for two ECs, also may be lv4 skills too . Just seems like upgrading gens will be better for now.And seems in this case I can apply for 1975 record. AS I remember, my best result was for France, I don't remember how many turns, but I wanted to complete in 65 turns and did it faster, so let it be 64 turns. Anyway I'll improve it. |

The fifth air star gives 8, it's significant if you use them a lot. Ion Cannon is great, but they cost thousands of medals, so I'd say EC first. |

I know. 5th air star first for sure, at least 17th turn, which I had to make just because I didn't have some 300-400 gold to capture the last city and 5th air star together with some changes in strategy, so I'll send that EC where the most bombarding is done and that will definitely improve result. |

I got 12-14 with Japan with glory of soldiers mod. It was the one that remove from the forms. I haven't tired it do it again.

That mod adds not only strength but movement speed too? In original my current record is 16 turns for USSR 39. But I have very much to upgrade left. |

Erich von Manstein , 15 turns USSR 39 record is with lvl1 ion canon and the same ECs as above, except of 40% lvl 4 skills. In fact 14 turns with the same strategy and without ion is possible, this was not so lucky try, both times I used ion there, where is no need to use it usually and also because of bad luck conquering Japan took 1 more turn and some 3K more gold than usual. This money have to be enough to conquer Spain and Italy one turn faster. With good ion I think your idea of 10 turns is possible. The only problem, for that purpose I need at least 43K medals. And that's some 4 months to farm. But some day I will do it.
