Those people who think that Prussia is in Russia. It is now (Well, partially) now, I don't remember well, and I don't want to look stupid by overestimating their "stupidity" too much, but I'm sure you guys have a couple memories of this sorta thing. anyway, what I speak of, is population misguesses. I remember hearing Canadians misguess Canadas population by the tens of millions or maybe much more. Didn't know Canada has a billion people? You do now. (Again, not sure what the highest miscount was) also, factual fun fact. Everybody knows China has a billion people, but in fact they have around 300 million on top of that, around the size of USA population. So it's accurate to say China has a billion people, and additionally an entire America more.

Just finished telling a person IRL the history of India and Pakistan, and that Buddhism was started there (they didn't know that). Also explained number of Muslims in India, and where Buddhists mostly live now. Also told about the recent election. They asked if India has a president, so I told them how it's the largest democracy.
So now they have it confirmed that yes- cows are sacred there, yes the caste system is Indian, though I'm not sure about its size or future. And yes, bad things happen sometimes there and get in the news.
Ok, more of a EW5 thing, but its semi-historical and a facepalm if you ask me.
So I was finishing the Kiev defence missions, and used two generals on Robin Hood and another longbowman. Next level is three of my generals versus....exactly the same thing. It didn't work the first time, its not going to work now! I thought you were smarter than that Robin Hood.

Those people who think that Prussia is in Russia. technically it is. Because Kaliningrad is now a part of Russia, and Warmia-Mesuria as well as West Prussia are now Polish land

Once argued with a person who drank Yorkshire Tea. They thought it in Scotland, I KNEW it was in England, having just read the early history of Yorkshire in a book. Yorkshire isn't even on the border, though its the hold in the north-Theres 2-4 counties between it and Scotland, depending on whether historic or modern. I'm more Scottish than english, but I know we don't claim that land.
While more reasonable, I remember arguing with a person about whether the highlands were much more populated in the old days (was more populated before the highland clearances undertaken by the UK government) and I maintained Scotland wouldn't leave 38% of its land uninhabited, while they claimed it too desolate for significant human settlement. Wish I remembered more about this argument.
