I have 2 generals excluding the 3 eye covered generals. Those two are Crerar and Govorov. Currently, I have about 3050 medals and I've been wondering whether I should do a long staggering 1 star conquest in 1950 to obtain Guderian, or just sell Crerar in exchange for Guderian? Recommendations are appreciated and other suggestions are appreciated as well, thanks.

Actually, sold Bock FOR Guderian, so Crerar being cheaper must be much more reasonable to sell. If you arent speaking to a moderator Der Kaiserreich , I will add that the correct category is up higher on the home screen, World Conqueror 3 section. Another question, in the HQ generals hud, my 1st General (Crerar) is on the 1st slot while my 2nd (Govorov) sits at the slot to the right.
If I were to sell my first general (Crerar), would the 1st slot be open with Govorov staying at slot to the right? Or would the 1st slot where Crerar was be filled up by Govorov?

IMO sell Crear now only if you can't proceed without it. Crear is not so bad, you can keep him until you get at least some 3 good gens. He is slow, but with good output. So if you use him in tasks, where spped is not important, he's quite good. Do you have Pyramids and Cuzco? If you have, than 300 medals is not so big problem. If not, than go for them first.

Nope, I don't have any wonders or technology upgrades whatsoever, but I'll try to get the Great Pyramids and Cuzco + the 3rd medal producing wonders now that you consider it Terracota army you get from completing missions and that you can't do without good gens and required HQ level, so the only thing you can do is just complete as many missions as you can and just wait until cuban missile crisis will be available (I don't remember which gens I had, I think something like Bado, Govo and Vasilevsky, may be Guderian too). To get Pyranids and Cuzco paratroopers motorized infantry (lv3 paratroopers) will help you very much. That's not very expensive. |

Hmm. Crerar, since he hits like a 5 tank star general, will be good right into the Cold War missions IMO. I used Meyer until the end of those, who only has 3 stars in tank, literally nothing else. Only upgraded him to, coincidentally, Crerars starting health. (Don't upgrade the health of weak generals, its debatable about upgrading generals even stronger) So yeah. Super Meyer (Crerar) will take you quite far used correctly. BTW, the easiest medal wonders are unlocked by doing conquest 1939 under 65 turns. Not sure if allied or axis, but both unlock wonders so go for it. Threads have the info anyway. Good luck ehnoymanoy , my tablet died so I can't complete the game myself  |

Finally got Guderian  (Not that I completely ignored some of the options listed from you guys, but I took the 1950 ROC conquest completion path instead of selling Crerar, so I have 3 generals now (Crerar, Govorov, and Guderian ) |
