Haven't tried it (none of my gens have it), but theoretically lv4 AF can give you no more than 90 extra hp, which lv4 supply gives you in 11 turns. It may be good for gens, who are going to die fast, just to let them live a bit longer, but for such tasks I haven't used ECs. Playing 1939 USSR I thought about it, for one gen seems like AF would be better, but overall I think supply is notably better. Of course supply gives more, but AF gives it earlier, and gives damage reduction. The point is that people like Patton can get 40 or 50 regen before he loses his combat power. I reckon AF is useful on a maxed out tank gen. He can attack a few times to gain back the health quickly.

IF we speak about Patton, that's right, for him AF can be better. But I prefer Vatulin. For example, in 43 UK i have semt Vatulin with one EC to conquer Italy. They had about 100 hp each after this task, but because of tide of iron he still was able to make serious damage. Sure, that's assuming I farm vevry much and have built 3 ECs. In general, IMO AF can be better sometimes, but for EC it is very very rare.

Quick update, I have changes to techs mentioned before with special thanks to the "Tech upgrades data" thread.
Lvl 2 infantry -> Lvl 6 infantry Lvl 2 armored -> Lvl 6 armored Lvl 2 artillery -> Lvl 6 artillery Lvl 2 navy -> Lvl 6 navy (not much use to me, but u never know :^)) Lvl 2 air -> Lvl 6 air Now have Lvl 5 supply Now have Lvl 2 nuke
Any changes recommended? Please let me know. I would like to have a effective tech combo + combat exp for bettering conquests and alien missions

No. Even it doesn't matters which kind of missile you lanuch: srb, mrb or lrb, if it is with nuke, the only difference is distance. Also if you drop nuke with strategic bomber the difference is only if city has better defence agains strategic bombing: no AA defence or AAG - the same damage, AAA - big difference as no defence against missiles, AAM - quite small difference.

Supply is only useful in a conquest that you want to do it with a long run .
