Well every sport is played in America so you just dissed soccer as well its not soccer its football OOOOOH REKT (From what I've heard) football was originally called socer with one c when first introduced in GB. Later it became into football. I just said football since it's closer to my native language and I grew up saying it like that. If I mention it while talking I just say Futbol

(Almost) Every countries population would disagree. Alright then what would you call football if you already call soccer it? I don't understand what you mean but if you mean what we called your football then it's "American football". Eventhough since where I'm from English isn't primary language we just call it football for the American and Fussball (German variant for football).

Let's make a compromise. If it's American football, call it "Football" If it's European football, call it "Futbol"

Let's make a compromise. If it's American football, call it "Football" If it's European football, call it "Futbol" American football is rugby. European football originally was called kicking ball with foot and then it was called football after rugby was created in America they called European football soccer because of the socs that they were wearing when playing football. I am not English I just like history
