Alright then what would you call football if you already call soccer it? I don't understand what you mean but if you mean what we called your football then it's "American football". Eventhough since where I'm from English isn't primary language we just call it football for the American and Fussball (German variant for football). In Hebrew we call Soccer/Association Foootball "כדורגל" (Literally Translates to Football) We call American Football by the English-Language word

Let's make a compromise. If it's American football, call it "Football" If it's European football, call it "Futbol" American football is rugby. European football originally was called kicking ball with foot and then it was called football after rugby was created in America they called European football soccer because of the socs that they were wearing when playing football. I am not English I just like history Rugby isn't football. They are very different.

whats actually the difference between rugby, american football and australian football? The ball is different, the amount of players on the field is different, football players wear equipment, the game isn't one continous motion like Rugby, there is plays, there is different positions, there is field goals, and I could go on and on
