Hmm. Not bad. Joan has better attack/defense than Petain, but he still has better health and skills.
So Richard the Lionheart becomes a cheaper Caesar then? Same basic age and purple level instead of gold.
I was actually thinking about him the other day. Nobody seems to be pick him but: 1- Formation master is equal to Alexander, and not totally horrible compared to Cure master 2- Logistics is the other coin of braveness IMO which caesar has 3- Rumor if upgraded completely beats Caesar's Defense Master
Some people just do it all over. I just thought of a goal! When I have completely finished the game (a long time from now) I can use daily missions to upgrade a bunch of grey generals and see what they get!
Don't tell me the Chinese have already done it! I need a purpose.

I’m very sorry to disappoint you, but… I have impression they all done already. It’s only a question of time to find them… .org/image/sv1xuw5cj/] .org/image/hz5vanlfj/]

What is that garbage skill that they gave to Attila? Really ET? 50% infantry damage? I thought this was Industrial age not Classical

Suleiman+Blucher+Atilla(or Khan) is something... Extremely powerful cavalry set.

Suleiman+Blucher+Atilla(or Khan) is something... Extremely powerful cavalry set. Might be a good choice, but there is a bunch of elite archers everywhere in the game. All-round team could be more effective.

Suleiman+Blucher+Atilla(or Khan) is something... Extremely powerful cavalry set. Yeah, but seems like half of the normal cavalry units have this upgrade. From classical to...industrial? NOT an upgrade Easy-tech! You can speak of forming the top cavalry team, but Id say this is barely a quirk, let alone an unique addition to a team. Sorry if I cause any offense though. Thanks for the input. Like your last four words. I feel your pain Mountbatten, you have Atilla too?

Too bad his stats are unforgivable. Interesting that he resists archers well, which is the most famous English unit (though I'm not sure that was how the Scottish war of independence went)

WHAT DID I TELL YOU NOT TO DO! But at least I have spent some precious time for you Hmm. Thank you, that is indeed precious. At least I can use Wallace and see how he does in his campaign, can't do that for me! (darnit, now the russians are going to do it..) Here, have some bagpipes (for 30 seconds anyway)

I think the reason no one looks at Richard is because you get Alexander for free and Barbarossa from empire mode so there's not a big need for infantry general. When they do look for infantry general they look at Caesar so Richard is never really considered. Anyway with the new skills Richard gets I think he does complete with Caesar for number 1 infantry general.

best75, True. I told Lee the other day that Caesar is not totally necessary, as you get Alexander. Caesar IS clearly superior though. As for Barbarossa, I upgraded him to Teutonic order, but find him weak. Too weak for defense missions certainly. If I upgraded him to musketeer or Infantry he might be more impressive, but I doubt it. When you guys said he gets Samurai, I kinda took it as a joke lol. But he does. Nearly useless (but not quite) skill for generic troops, since damage reduction by health is so small in this game. Maybe work for him. Since I'm not buying medals, maybe I should consider buying Richard, who is cheaper by well over 1000 medals. He comes from part of my heritage, but Caesar is cooler IMO. Richard would also look weird on gun-troops, unlike Caesar, who is the ancestor of the modern Italian looking Infantry. (well, Austrian, close enough)
