well, i think i have to keep promises. so here's my guide for south korea. I have to say I eventually lost

the first thing to do is conquer pyongyang as fast as possible. we all know that china will nuke down seoul in four rounds so you should have conquered pyongyang by that. also save a bit up (money). make a general on all the units you got so the motorized infantery and the ship. encircle with these two pyongyang. and conquer it along with your 3 general "chung" (you already got in the beginning). because this won't be fast enough make a artillery and put a general on it. this will only cost 200 money and the rest of the money should be saved up.
after this defend korea from china. you will get support from Japan but don't expect to much of that. make a atomic bomb on pyongyang. try to make sure you got 310 money and enough fuel. if you can save seoul but you'll have to go beneath the 310 DONT SAVE SEOUL. this will cost you only money. when the atomic bomb is ready set a airplane general on pyongyang and throw it to changchun and take it. this is a rank 3 city so this will work.
after this use your 2 other generals on a fight for peking. there will be a lot of chinese forces. don't pay attention to them because you only lose troops with it. after you've taken peking. take seoul back (i didn't managed to keep it).
after this point i lost. but try to take the 4 cities beneath china. after this head to the east and take khabarovsk first because of it's nuclear weapons
