Speed of posting turns isn't something worth being salty on, guys. Everyone has their own format in doing their turns, including speed. I like to write the essentials in my turn, then edit in changes coming from diplomatic relations or new ideas. Usually, I try to bring up as many issues as possible in my turn and for that I edit in after finding out about these issues and trying to deal with them as realistically as possible. Turns having maximum detail and realism are recommended and if that (a good, understandable turn) takes time, it is fine. It's a lot better for the RP if these turns are comprehensive and everyone understands; better wait for a clear, realistic turn than spend time being salty over an unfinished, unclear, or unrealistic turn. So far, Frederick the Great and Desophaeus ' turns have been quite realistic and understandable. Besides, I do personally enjoy reading their turns. However long the new phases are, there are still ways to wait. You can post in other parts of the forum to spend time, or negotiate and edit your turns in the RP to make it better and more realistic. Meanwhile, the people who have taken a long time to post might have RL reasons to wait (besides that, a finished turn is always better than a rushed turn). I don't really see why it is urgent for the GM to somewhat ignore the needs of all players who haven't posted, even if they are a minority. Also, try not to criticize other members in public; criticize their actions.

We've been patient for the past week. We'd like to continue. Im fine with my request being rejected, but not being called impatient. same. It's been too long, I don't know what is holding up three or four people. I mean we all get busy but it's not like someone is THAT busy that he can't take out 15 minutes and post like six lines.

It's been too long, I don't know what is holding up three or four people. I mean we all get busy but it's not like someone is THAT busy that he can't take out 15 minutes and post like six lines. Firstly, simply reaserching basic things like the technology of the time takes a lot longer than 15 minutes. Now I understand if some people don't bother reaserching stuff but I think people should because it helps make more realistic and enjoyable turns. Secondly, I need ideas and sometimes I can't come up with ideas so it can take a while, thirdly, when some people post unrealistic (I believe that probably happens because they didn't reasearch and so don't realise it's unrealistic) turns and unrealisticly develop incredibly fast it means I need to progress quicker than I would like (because I like being realistic) but I still want to be realistic and thus it takes time to develop a way to realisticly portray unrealistic accelerated development that I'm forced to do just to stay viable. Whatever-I'm-up-to-ly, the moment all I can write is six lines that are hardly thought about is the moment I give up RP. I hold myself to a high standard. Now I apologise if people believe I was critisising or insulting them. That wasn't my intention and I appolgies. I probably typed to fast without thinking how my words could potentially be offending.

Serbian military organization and numbers
A total of 25,513 men, 20 machine guns, 36 cannons, 5,110 horses, 1538 oxen (for supply train), 1,645 wagons. The divisions could have up to 28,000 soldiers, depending of the size of cavalry regiment and replacement units which varied from division to division. II poziv (class) infantry divisions had 3 infantry regiment, artillery battalion (divizion) with 12 guns and cavalry squadron, totally about 15-17,000 men.
5 divisions.

Ottomans realistically had only 48000 men in 1914. I went ahead (and since I love round figures) I added 12000 more. Making it 60000

I love Serbia, I do, but your ahistorical communism will gain no respect in Greece OR Romania. Not if I have anything to do with it. Quintus Fabius, Red october was a nuclear submarine. I have no issue hunting for it, I'm sure its hunting for us. (yes, I didn't read this particular tom Clancy novel. But I know about the Soviet Union)

My business with Bulgaria is none of your concern.

So you might want to leave Bulgarian Communists to themselves because clearly NO ONE wants this new "virus".

You should keep your virus to yourself. Or we have methods to cure it.

Remember that they had 120,000 fighting on the Greek front in 1897, and started with over 300,000 in 1912 during the first Balkan War. ...I shouldn't be telling you this. Let you be unrealistically annihilated by larger armies. BTW, I finally found the railway statistics! Only for France and Ottoman, but its a good comparison. France was 20% the size, had 51,000 KM of railway, which is somewhat more than I estimated earlier, but still realistic (for France) Ottoman, in around 2 million SQ KM, had exactly 5,759 KM of Railway. A little less than what I remembered, 6,000. Despite this, railways was important during the middle east campaign. Guess you use what you can, even if its little (plus the British built more when they invaded)

Saltin pointed out that Communists are welcome on this forum. But yes, to some it is, and it actually operated like one. And to the countries of this RP, stuck in 1900 thought, you better believe it is.
