So a couple of us were chatting about doing a dicroll for the Olympics in the RP game and I came up with a system. I'm posting this now because by the time the next Olympics actually are on (1908 in London) I'll probably have forgotten all my ideas plus this way people can critique my system before 1908. The Olympics in this game won't mean anything, its just a bit of fun and way to take a break from the constant crisies, wars and salt. Now without further ado, my system (which is a work in progress): The host of each Olympic Games (it will be historical hosts so as to stop any disputes as to who's turn it is) can chose between 5 and 10 sports per game (unless people don't like these numbers. I'm not attached to it so if people think its to much or to little let me know). Only go wth sports that exist at this time in the Olympics. Each country gets to roll 4(?) dice per sport and the highest three get gold, silver and bronze medals. In the even of a tie I'm thinking something like the tieing counties roll again perhaps with the historical NPC winner of that event (if there is one) to see who gets that spot. What does everyone think? Is the a bad idea entirely? Needs work? Is fine? That one isn't officially recognised though I guess we could do it.

That one isn't officially recognised though I guess we could do it. Why isn't it recognized? I dunno. It wasn't a proper Olympics. I'm just reading the Wikipedia page.

I dunno. It wasn't a proper Olympics. I'm just reading the Wikipedia page. I'd seen it on the page before, but I didn't know if it mattered or not. We can do the 1906 olympics or wait, your call.

Are you currently in the game??? he's Japan Don't you hate it when your confused by someone's name and who they are, but you change your name often (i.e. Bismarck, brazilball, Szechuan Sauce) and you always forget how confusing it is to other people.

Are only tagged users going to participate in these events? Oh my appoliges. I thought I had missed someone. Anyone playing can participate and since you are playing you can absolutely play. I just forgot to tag you. Sorry!

I just forgot to tag you. Sorry! Don't forget Bulgaria too. Looks good to me but can the olympics be cancelled because of major wars? A couple of olympics were cancelled because of the world wars en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1916_Summer_Olympics
