@thasnaily, you might want to keep in mind that when a mod tries to add or remove a city, the game always crashes when loading. Also, it's kinda possible to insert a general into a slot that wasn't there before, but remember that Berlin has TONS of slots while Istanbul is fairly limited with its slots.
It's always easier to reassign a general rather than create a slot out of thin air.
Berlin could sort of represent EU (eastern), then London take up the western half of EU (lol London is back into EU after Brexit). Moscow represents Russia itself. Nanking could be the overall Asia because PRC really shouldn't hog all of those slots for themselves. Tokyo for the Pacific Rim, including Oceania etc... Istanbul for Middle East, Paris for Africa? So forth, etc...

Hmm, interesting. Have to choose new academies probably. Not entirely sure of the actual quality of their generals, but it makes sense to have more than 2 of them. A Bajillion though? Up to you guys. I certainly support adding Indian cities, they should have a buff of some kind. Yeah, and India has nukes now so that should be fun!

Btw it is possible to add new academies, I'm sure that you can replace academies too.

Okay, I will see what I can dig up on the current military commanders of various countries etc... (I assume you won't mind some variety like a colonel here, and a general there, lol). Great! The hex editing part should be fairly easy. I reccomend that we copy the 1939 conquest and use it for all of our years. Then we can edit the settings of the cities we want to have missiles and nukes. Question? Who is compiling the overall apk? In my opinion 1950 or 1960 is better because it has more cities.

True but we need to find all the country codes first.

True but we need to find all the country codes first. I can do that, I find that very easy. Just tell me what conquest you wanna use, 1950 or 1960? (I'll edit the post so I can add codes.) Codes might not be accurate, feel free to give feedback then. 1950 conquest 00 UK 01 France 1f USA 20 Canada 16 Japan 17 India 1d Saudi 1e Egypt 02 Spain 03 Portugal 19 Australia 14 Mongolia 13 Soviet 1a Turkey 1b Iran 1c Iraq 12 Greece 0d Italy 21 Mexico 23 Colombia 22 Brazil 09 Norway 0a Denmark 04 Netherlands 05 Belgium 06 Germany 08 Finland 11 Yugoslavia 10 Bulgaria 0e Romania 0f Hungary 07 Poland 24 Cuba 0b Sweden 26 South Korea 25 North Korea 27 PRC 0c Switzerland 18 Thailand 1960 conquest Canada 1f USA 1e Mexico 20 Colombia 22 Brazil 21 Cuba 23 Soviet 12 Japan 15 South Korea 26 North Korea 25 Taiwan (ROC) 14 China (PRC) 24 Australia 18 Spain 02 Portugal 03 France 01 UK 00 Belgium 05 Netherlands 04 Germany 27 Italy 0c Switzerland 0b Yugoslavia 10 Greece 11 Turkey 19 Hungary 0e Romania 0d Poland 06 Iran 1a Iraq 1b Saudi Arabia 1c Egypt 1d India 16 Thailand 17 Denmark 09 Norway 08 Sweden 0a Finland 07

@thasnaily , Which countries do you need me to research on?
I'm working on Romania right now and it's brutally tough to find info on anyone who is CURRENTLY working in the military. Example: Look at the current Chief of the General Staff for the Romanian Army... Nicolae Ciuca ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolae_CiucăHe's not EVEN LISTED in the English Wikipedia! Now the previous Chief of the General Staff... Just had stepped out of that position 3 years ago... Stefan Danila ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ștefan_DănilăHe's not listed in the English Wikipedia, but in the Romanaian Wiki, he gets a REAL PAGE instead of a page stub like Nicolae Cicua which is even worse!
Fortunately... I decided to search for Nicolae Ciuca without the gibberish special letters in his name like the ă which will cause my google results to bring back Romanian results I don't want to search through webpages via GoogleTranslate constantly because of the poor quality of the internet here in Alabama at a public library. With the simpler letters replacing the gibberish, I get this: www.nineoclock.ro/lt-gen-nicolae-ionel-ciuca-the-new-chief-of-romanian-armys-general-staff-swears-in/Nicolae-Ionel Ciuca, dubbed the ‘Desert General’, is the former commanding officer of the 26th Infantry Battalion, with which he participated in combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq between 2002-2004. Sounds like an infantry gen with two skills of mountain fighting and desert fighting. Plus since Rommel was the famous Desert Fox, maybe give Ciuca a couple of levels in Ace Forces skill too?
I'm adding this general to my list of researched people for you back on page 4 with the Brazilian and the Indians.

I basically need the generals of the nations that are supposed to be strong, also do Egypt, Algeria, Morrocco, NATO, Vietnam, Thailand, Pakistan etc. I don't need the rest of the African nations except for Nigeria. I also don't need the weak nations in Central America except for Cuba.

I think Romania is now very pro-USA a lot more than pro-Russia right now by the way. Speaking of Egypt, I recommend 1950 over 1960 because of Jerusalem can be modded into an independent Israel for the Modern-Day Mod. In 1960, Jerusalem (and Vienna, Singapore, Hanoi) just disappear for no reason. Weird... Anyway, I will do Egypt next.

Btw... if ALL generals are strong in the mod, what's the point of picking one from them? Wilhuff Tarkin, @thasnaily,
