That's why I recommend trying to find some time (however how little bit of time that is), and log on at least maybe 15 min per day. Of course, more activity like communicating with other players and longer duration of being online helps your sucess in Diplomacy. The 15 min recommendation is more of a preventive measure to avoid missing deadlines because it should be long enough to write out a basic set of orders. |

To all: I will write up a list of all countries and their number of how many builds are granted to each for Winter 1940. Most will be gaining 1 or 2. For now, consider Winter 1940 officially started already at this point, you have 24 hours until tomorrow noon. If you know exactly how many builds you have, you can submit your orders early before I post the list. |

If it was me I'd be easier on Polen, since this is their first time playing DIP.
Then again, activity is still needed, and a chronic inactivity is eventually unforgivable.
Still, I find the repeated claims on their inactivity is repeatedly wrong, but the lesser amount of inactivity in reality is still too much I guess.

Desophaeus, I'll say this in public so I can embarrass myself. Why do I only get 1 build? I took Norway and Turkey right? That should be two....UNLESS I LOST SOMETHING. I DID lose the jewel of the Empire but that doesn't have a SC lol.

Back from lunch, and I see The Spanish Inquisition already did the list of builds, lol.  It mostly checks out great (UK has 2 builds, not 1). Oh one thing... I noticed that Hamburg was supposed to be in Berlin, fix the map if you don't mind, pretty please? Thank you for your assistance, much appreciated!

Keep in mind that he was late in the previous phase as well. I've been trying to balance between mercy and justice though. I wouldn't mind answering questions, granting extensions, so forth... I just don't like the complete lack of communication (if an emergency didn't come up, of course). Desophaeus, I'll say this in public so I can embarrass myself. Why do I only get 1 build?
