Even bad cannon should do better than units since its shield penetration is rated at 100 while unit damage gets cut by the alien shield.
Alien shield is another item we havent talked about much or tested.IE:How much shielding do the aliens have,does it get stronger as they level ect..

No weakness as far as I know. Sheer numbers and manpower must overwhelm them, although niether of those are availiable in the challenges. Not even the ever-ultimate Ion Cannon.

I think that fighting the bases in conquest is a waste of time and resources. They are only in major areas so no need to destroy them if no UFO or Carrier is around. It can attack my cities endlessly for all I care  |

i haven't gotten to alien conquest but I already hate them for the challenges to level up my HQ If the clock is the problem, autoplay while you sleep. It passes about 4-6 years per night. Just make sure your phone or tablet or computer doesn't overheat fast |
