It's more than enough with those generals. I remember doing this mission with Golitsyn and 3 star Sophia (or was it 5 star?). Dumoriez on beginning double guards. Fatimah is in Moscow for income. Or use her on farms if you lack food. Sophia and Kate at arty. This is one of the rare missions where you should actually put Sophia on Cav And she's doing really fine, I'm on the middle of it now. So far HRE to be finished. I have Sulkowski, Berthier,Sophia and some nobleman for future training in forts... Berthier is on south west, rest close to Moscow, machineguns painfully slow, no place to have money exchange makes it mor complicated. |

I wanted a good general like golitsyn and i did find Dobeln and Oudinot but i didn't open their tabs,thinking that they were another pair of wackos,but it was the PREVIOUS game that i deleted,and i was on the first two scenarios and now i am on holy roman empire.

Few days ago I made it on *****.
I had Sullkowski, Berthier some Fort Trainer (poor infantry )and Sophia (no upgrades, only drum in Sulkowski Calvary's hand)
What is crucial we MUST put her into Calvary, secondly we defend Moscow and down there some marauders to forbid them take our fields. I moved Napoleon temporary close to the machineguns to give him time to get better in the city, also I upgraded some fields , then I attacked with Sophia and some generals top left corner to get city and prevent them to make chaos, also what is important I 've spread my units to avoid being attacked by their cannons from the East. If attack was to hard I gave them fort to destroy to have some time to regroup. at the end last Russian general was found by Berthier close to Polish units and he was blown off two turns before the deadline on 5 stars.
hints
-Napoleon is a good lure in this mission, they want to get him, so we can divide oppponent's army to destroy them in easy way.
-In this mission I was really precise to not get into too many units at once.
-Sophia is the best general in Calvary in this mission

Didn't help me.Anyone know a tactic about this mission with 5* Sophia,Sokolnicki and Arnold? Sophia on art/guard cav, Sokolnicki on art, Arnold is useless unless you inted on buying some spirits. Do buy a Snare Drum with Arnold though. |
