I am sorry to tell you that after our discussion in the Chinese forum, we think that the best way is to reinstall the game. Your commanders are not strong enough to hold a major campaign, and it will waste over 300 medals if you sell them, which is a big amount.Maybe you can reinstall the game, and save for Bagdoglio first. Tank generals really really need strong skills and health to support.

I wouldn't sell them. Keep them and do campaigns and conquests with them. And get the Pyramids wonder for medals.
