Anyway...
I would like some suggestions on what to do next on my general path. Right now my generals are Guderian, Konev, Nimitz, Messe, Kuznetsov, Leeb, and Vatutin. I also have 900-ish medals. All generals are red, but don't have too many upgrades outside of Guderian and Konev. Right now there's 4 things I'm considering:
1. Get Rommel (40% discount reached), maybe sell Messe 2. Get Nagumo/Donitz/another navy general, maybe sell Kuznetsov 3. Try to max out Guderian, Konev, Nimitz, and/or Vatutin before doing anything else 4. Buy an infantry/defensive general (because why not)
I'm going to absolutely do 1-3 and then maybe 4, but what should be my priority?

Then, just ensure that your offensive skills and rumor on your main gens (Konev, Guderian and Rommel) are sufficiently upgraded, before aiming for Donitz (sell kuz). Dont upgrade Vatutin since he's just a slow beginner gen. Until you max all the key skills of your main generals, infantry generals can come at the last.

An Infantry general should only be bought once you need to do Petropavlosk. The one that I recommend the most is Rundstedt.

Is that the one with the landmines, bunkers, and lvl 1 cities that forces you to upgrade anti-landmine tech? I passed that one already with Konev. I probably won't be dealing with infantry generals right now (maybe later just because I feel like it) but thx, I might get Rundstedt next year or so when I have enough medals.

If you already did it, then there is no reason to get Rundstedt. BTW, congratulations for doing it! It’s infamous among the WC4 community.

I thought it was just a way for ET to force you to get your tech up to speed.

I now have Messe, Guderian, Konev and 1100 medals. I just passed the Rommel 40% discount mission. The question is should I sell messe and buy Rommel?

My generals are Guderian and Leeb.Should I get Konev next? Yup. Konev's a good choice. But since you already have an arty and tanks are the best in this game, I would go for Rommel but his mission is hard (Maybe get Messe for the time being to defeat Rommel 40%). My path way Messe -> Leeb -> Guderian -> Messe (cuz I sold him) -> Nimitz -> Konev -> Rommel -> Rokossovsky -> Arnold -> Donitz.
