MAJOR EVENT

Joshua Vezielos Valeta in was giving a Speech about How the world would burn of war and how the famine Angered him. Whilst talking about the famine a couple of assassins attempted to kill him. Luckily with the crowd there they misfired. They soon told how the current Prime Minister hired them, They were sentenced to 20 years. A new addition to laws was put in place and political being the worst offense punishable by death. The current Prime Minister was killed and An election was made, Joshua barely won, But his innaugration was held in November. He signed the Novembrist act and requested trade with the Brazillian Empire.
Politics: A new law system was put in place. Misdeamor Felony Corporate Political. After the Innauguration Joshua appointed a new general and admiral were appointed. The general's name was Varies Kyle Donske and the admiral's name was Tres Jakob Donske. Joshua immediately gave women the rights of men (Ignore if they already had.)
Economy: With the famine the economy was weakened severely. The current result of the Agriculture project would be determined now with a dice roll: ompvxkDc The infrastructure and industrial projects would be continued and An emphasis on farming and making more babies would be put. A trade deal with the french as to build ships in order for trade routs were established.
Naval Military: The port was still being built but in another one a prototype of the prototype was built. The higher the roll the closer to the first prototype: The marines were trained better and better equipment was made.
Land Doctrine: The reason the numbers "are" 130 is because of a reserve system. Every 3 months last year 20K at most volunteers were trained after their jobs. About 10k recruits decided they would join. The trenches were dug once more in the north and barbed wire was purchased and placed in strategic locations. The forts were still being built. more advanced tech was being built. Machine guns would be bought, A roll is in order to determine how many would be bought. (At max about 4,000 will correct if insane) The new 10K and some ships would be sent to Catalonia along with Varies in order to help with the army.
Diplomacy: Diplomatic strengthening between some of the nations has been achieved. Still any trade or any alliances are welcomed into this nation.
Foreign Policy: Any immigrants or men in exile are welcomed into Greece. Any outcasts from the ottomans or any nation are welcomed into Greece.

Economy: We would have sold off Dutch Guinea to Brasil. Our new farms in Indonesia have been going good. We would start the Production of new roads in Indonesia and we start building more trade boats and ports in Rotterdam and Batavia. Naval : We would start investing into the new droughnouts. These would be expensive and we would also try making them less expensive Miltary : We start investing into the colonial army in Indionesia mainly in Borneo we start creating there a special unit which is gonna expermint on the Manchine guns we are making there. Manchines can shoot more then a couple bullets a min and this can kill more guys then just a rifle. We also start making a local miltia army in the provencie of Utrecht. Foreign Policy : We start making the people in Indonesia more nationlist to the Netherlands and we start giving them extra rights. Theres a civil war going on in Spain. Romania being a monarchy would support the the old Spain monarchy. However Romanai being one of the weaker countries means we are not exactly in a good position to send any support. Maybe a few words of support?
The army is trained in a new land doctrine that focus on assaults. Not wanting to be left behind we expand our standing army to 120,000 men and stockpile weapons for future mobilization.
In diplomacy our bonds are have grown stronger with our fellow balkan countries.
Our oil refinery in Ploiești has the potential to grow into the world's largest. it is in our future plans to expand it however we are still improving infrastructure we currently lack the resources to expand it. The large amounts of potential oil could provide great benefits to Romania.

Romainia Seeks To Support
The government of Romainia wants to send support to the weak Old Spain but had not a good position to send support. Instead they send a few words of support. Joshua and Varies agreed with the new Spanish and believe advice now would not work. Greece does not wish to enter a direct conflict as the Balkans must be united because of the Ottoman threat.
US Considers Sanctions
The U.S.A considers an sanctions on the Austro-Hungarian empire for the attack on the left. Joshua Requests all The members of the left to come to the government office in Athens if they become Kosmat. They can still come if they will not adopt the principals of the Kosmats. Also the Austro-Hungarian attempts at making governments are weak and the civilians (Presumably) Request more autonomy. Possibly give them some control over the regional military?

Austro-Hungarian Crisis
Reports are in that The Americans have put embargos on A-H. This is a quote expressing the needed actions in order to 1. Stop the war to burn the world and 2 resolve the crisis. " This is horrendous, I do not see why this will continue ( I mean the crisis not the actions). Franz, you must set up a sort of democracy for the governments. You give barely any control. They don't have access to secure regional governments or any military ability. I believe you must grant a democratic sort of Duma who have power over the regions as long as it does not conflict with country wide things. You must revoke the right to revoke the governments. Also killing the left for "Prowess battle field" is not a viable option. You are setting yourself up for revolution. I mean non of these in a way which offends the States of A-H or the U.S."

Economy: New trade connections, more industry and improved infrastructure contribute to a flourishing economy. We will slightly shift more tiwards laissez-faire industry ehilst maintaining minimum wages and safety standards.
Political: Progressive president Theodire Roosevelt enjoys a majority in both the House and the Senare.
Military: Newly conscripted militias are being assigned, they will remain unarmed and working their normal jobs. When article 17 of the conscription law is triggered, all conscripts will be armed by their local depots. For now the president sees no reason to arm the militias.
Foreign Policy: Austria has ignored our warnings. The United States of America oficially embargoes Austria-Hungary and it may impose sanctions on parties,organizations or nations that trade in high frequency with this rogue nation.

We have sold off Dutch Guinea to Brasil in turn we get 500.000 and we can invest into Brasil. We start investing into a road between Paramaribo and the rest of Mainland Brasil. This project is gonna cost us 100.000.
Economy: The new farms are done. We discorve gas by Groningen we start buying pumps there.
Military : The new testing of the weapons is going good.
Land: We want to make a trade port in Qing.

A semi-independent Armenian state has been established together with the Russians to improve the lives of the Armenians. Armenians are starting to flock there from all over the empire. A battalion is stationed there for security.

Brazil 1903 PSA: Dom Ludovico, upon hearing Franz Joseph's ( Chancellor Otto Von Bismarck ) speech, gets worried. He is worried of two things: 1. That Franz Joseph has threatened the preservation of the Monroe Doctrine which states that Europe shall not intervene or invade the New World. Dom Ludovico requests clarification on whether he will preserve the Monroe Doctrine or not. 2. A war between the European power of Austria-Hungary and the United States ( António Salazar ). We are worried that a large war between two of Brazil's largest trading partners would hurt us beyond repair, and an expansion of the conflict would certainly mean that the Brazilian economy and potentially nation could be severely threatened. Dom Ludovico offers to hold negotiations at the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo to establish some sort of compromise to avoid war. |

Dom Ludovico is now more worried than ever of potential European intervention in the New World. He proclaims the Ampudia Doctrine (Named after Secretary of State Joao de Ampudia), which states that any and all European intervention in the New World done without the consent of both the United States of America and the Second Brazilian Empire will be met with a declaration of war. Ludovico requests for President Roosevelt's ( António Salazar ) administration to sign the Ampudia Doctrine to make it official. Ludovico wishes to make it abundantly clear that the Second Brazilian Empire holds no stance or position on the American embargo or the domestic issues of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The nation is only interested in the preservation of the Monroe Doctrine and now the Ampudia Doctrine. Ship armor has umproved moderately.
