Well, I see it everyday, - that someone tries to to persuade another someone My guess, that you doubt that results of this process can be fruitful I don't know whether or not Timoshenko has the necessary potential, but so far at least 2 things are clear enough to me: 1. It is possible to use only 6 generals in Modern war missions. 2. It is very difficult to use more than 3 tank generals in those missions. If both propositions are true, - it is very difficult for me to see Timoshenko in my lineup... You have seen anyone to persuade someone to satisfy himself in some kind of way? That have to be be very interesting to see... Yes, if you have to choose 3 fully upgraded tank gens Timoshenko will not be there. But that's in scenarios. There are also conquests, where you can use 8 gens and likely most of them will be tanks. As I said, double meaning of the phrase makes it prone to some inevitable jokes, but if we see the problem from a more philosophical standpoint, - we always send "do as I do" message to others.

That is, but main idea of this proverb is that something which doesn't affect anyone else everyone may do on his own. To what you say better fits question, why none makes love in red square.

I just can't see how Timoshenko can ever quality as being one of the best tank generals. When I look at him I see 3 problems 1. Only 4 stars in tank 2. Sliver tier so only 1 extra skill can be added 3. None of his skills are tank specific. He's missing out on real good skills for a tank general like, blitzkrieg, armored assault, panzer leader. All these combined put him out of being a good tank general for me.

All these combined put him out of being a good tank general for me. I see 3 advantages: 1. He has 6 movement stars, which makes him one of 3 fastest gens (4 if we have Manstein) and for sure the best of fastest non IAPs. 2. His skills are universal and let him act good as inf or art. 3. His current skills are enough useful so I don't see it as a problem that he will have only one extra skill in the future, which will be not so soon as by the end of CWE normal I'm going to buy my 5th gen (3 of them with discount). So clearing all hard scenarios will give me medals to buy Guderian. Clearing conquests will not provide me medals to upgrade my best tank, inf, art and navy gens, so I have no idea when I'll have medals to upgrade my secondary gen.
