Mountbatten, i agree, if they added more little countries the balance would be messed up, you convinced me xD I think you mean SaltinMountbatten is the one that raised the game balance issue. I made a different point: More countries=More AI use=More CPU cycles=Battery draining fast=Bad problem for phones. |

I didn't get the game at first because I was not very interested. However once I got it I almost instantly loved it more than wc3. It gave me flashbacks of first time playing wc2, and wc2 conquest is much harder than wc3 conquest. The way that you can semi customize generals was a nice addition, as some generals we never considered in wc3 are amazing in wc4. I like the way conquest works with city zones, removes border gore. While I may not be some sort of pro I am enjoying the challenges this game gives. Have Manstein Konev and Patton currently.

WC4 is average (prefer WC3 in some ways) The thing I like is the reworked maps and more cities particularly in Asia. Campaign is better in some ways and I enjoy that heavy tanks now have slightly better range (field arty in WC3 was the only unit you needed for a majority of the game with it's range) however diplomacy is not very good and Cambodia is needed for a cold war scenario (maybe Vietnam as well)
If they make another one they need to add diplomacy and at least 1 general for each country (Mongolia Sweden etc)

It could have been way better than it is. I mean it has a great potential to be a game changing feature, but only if it was better applied. In my opinion, it could have been deeper and more sophisticated than it was made. |
