Rolling dice for my vote. 16 players so I just half the players for each dice rolled. Everyone numbered 1 to 16 from top to bottom.
Roll 1-3 means I go with the top half of numbers Roll 4-6 means I go with bottom half of the numbers. Rolling 4 dice

There are 15 participants (besides me)
If i'll go with 1-2 i select the first 5, 3-4 the second 5 and 5-6 the last 5
Then i'll throw a dice for the unlucky one (i'll throw another one if it turned out to be 6)
