General Ambrose Burnside? I was thinking of sideburns too from the first clueΒ  I was actually glancing at a few Wikipedia pages of a couple of Civil War gens and battles and I recalled the detail of him being the President of the NRA.  Sadly, I forgot the exact gen's name. |
