My historical personality riddle:
An European King that lived during the Age of the Napoleonic Wars, nicknamed the "Dandy King".
He lost his duchy (not the title) directly to Napoleon. He was a famous general and joined years later the coalition with his Army of 30000 men, but never fought against Napoleon in battle.
