I am remembered for wrong reason in India, though they completely misunderstood me about a administrative change as a divide and rule policy.

Stii but no one has had a crack at Charles Huntziger s riddle. Heres a famous battle. The only 'serious' Polish counterattack near Warsaw was named... It was conducted by the Poznan Army with some help from the Pomorze army on the XXX Infantry Division of the German VIII Army. The VIII German Army had reinforcments arrive from the X Army. Dont worry this isnt from Wiki this is from some history magazines from the '70s I borrowed from my histoty teacher; theyre really interesting. Btw it the counterattack shattered the XXX divison but then General Reinhardt pushed back the Polish attack.

Couldnโt this be the polish counterattack during The Battle of the Bzura/Kutno

Erwin Rommel '44, I got one too. Itโs about the battle of... This battle is about a small group of polish soldiers that had to defend a fortified position against German forces 40 times bigger to prevent the encirclement of the Independent Operational Group Narew. It took place during the invasion of Poland. There is two clue I can give.

Its near the end of the Polsih campaign, right? Battle of the Warta-Widawka line? It was right at the begging of the polish campaign. Guderian (commanding the XIX corps) was ordered to attack the position. After the war, he he had difficulty explaining how he was stalled for three days by such a small army. No itโs not the battle of the Warta-Widawka line.
