Okay, time for a fairly simple one: Despite having a bad reputation today as leader of his country, this person was also a poet. While his poetry wasn't considered the best from the country, it is still considered excellent work by many. "The Double Ninth" is one of his works. Who is this person? Er... Dalai Llama?
