Why do people say macarthur is bad. Idk. A lot of people said that Suvorov was awful in Ew6. He’s really another alternative to yamashita

Hmm MacArthur is a more defensive general, so when you think about the last skill he should have(he needs raider tbh) should be rumour

Arguably worse than Mannerheim, since Carl is cheaper and has better starting skills. However, he can be just as good as Yamashita if you upgrade him right. I still prefer Yama, though.

MacArthur is the reason Japan is strong today, so yeah, at least he made Yamashita proud.

Well, I'm not sure if it's really worth what it costs, but if you decide to buy it, it's definitely going to do a good job.
5 Stars in Infantry? Good, not ideal but Good after all. 6 moving stars? Excellent! Infantry Leader is a good skill and Street Fighting is a skill that can be useful on certain occasions, like defending cities for example. In addition, it has 2 slots where you can complete a defensive set with Rumor and Plain Fighting / Raider (As stated above) or finish the normal Offensive Infantry general set, with Raider and Guerrilla / Explosives. In addition, it has some Stars in other sections that can make it useful for small missions.

He’s definitely a good hybrid, but if you want to get someone that is focused on Infantry, I’d recommend Mannerheim instead.

Don't other generals get 6* movement too? I fail to see what they did to make MacArthur "special" Really good hybrid potential, comparable to Graziani and Yamamoto in terms of hybrid potential. Some people such as stoic know how to use hybrids very effectively.
