If Leeb wasn't a few 100 medals away from being obtained, he would probably be everyone's starting arty general. Poor Badoglio, gettting overshadowed by Leeb. But at least he's better than De Gaulle, Tito, and (maybe) fellow arty general Terauchi. De Gaulle imo is better as he has rumor. So is Heinrici |

Rumor seems to be the saving grace of any general. So maybe not much better than De Gaulle, but just by a bit in my opinion. |
