If I’m not mistaken, a Super Battleship with 0 tech upgrades has normally 600 HP, so Kuznetsov with Marshal rank adds 360 HP to the ship's HP. when you dont upgrade his skills but go for rank upgrades instead  (wow where did that 3000 plus medals come from) That’s why I don’t purchase people ranked less than Major General (Guderian, Konev, Rommel and Leeb are an exception) |

It’s because him being among the best navy gens you would think he would start with at least 5 stars... Remember that timoshenko unupgraded has 2 stars in artillery haha. With plain fighting, he essentially has 6+ |
