I Have Been looking for fun and quite ”Easy” nations to play as in 1950 Any ideas  ? |

Depends on how you view fun.
As for easy, France, USA, PRC, USSR & UK are among the easiest.
If you mean challenging but enjoyable, I ASSUME Iran & Egypt may work out.

Did it with USA today finished in 50 turns invaded Hongkong while i moved guderian Rommel and konev to khabarovsk and invaded china from the north and spammed them with nukes |

I won with North Korea with an interesting tactic. First I conquered SK. Put Economic wonders on the two cities. It takes a few times until you take Seoul. Then you paratroop onto Japanese cities after PRC is done with them while your military stays at Korea and fends off Japan while their units are embarked. Then I spammed Subs to America and belive me this IS necessary otherwise you will face an unpreventable invasion of Japan and soon after Korea itself.
But what the interesting part is that while I was spamming subs on the eastern front
I have expanded with my primary army to India, Arabia and then Africa and Europe.
