It's not very balanced to have a 3 number advantage. That means that each of your battles will require a 4 because all of the techs cancel each other out.

1) from Neypyitaw the British garrison sends 2 armies (already built there) to retake Rangoon, 9 required VaMrUo6V, weird....
2) army built in Burma.
3) India army moves in Central Burma
4) meanwhile in Africa, army corps 2 attacked Tobruk, Third battle of Tobruk, need a nine because of additional reinforcements by the Italians Tobruk garrisoned by army corps 2
5) army corps 1 in Europe now attacks Antwerp, need a an eight , city not taken, I rolled the dice and still this
6) tanks built in Britain, shipped to Netherlands (name, tank 2 Europe)·····

FFF turn
1) corps 1 attacks Al Bayda, eight needed atn5UUA7, city secured...
2) corps 2 (2 Syria, 2 Lebanon and 2 Congo along with 2 tank army) attack Al-Marj eight needed again
3) second battle of Al-Marj, need a seven because previous assault destroyed some defense as well as some axis army... , the city is occupied and garrisoned, till now the allies have taken nearly half of East Libya and the enemy is confined to the central and the West part of the country
4) repairs for corps 1
5) repairs for corps 2·····

Antwerp is a major defended city and a 7 won't do Napoleon Bonaparte. Sorry but all major cities costs an 8. And yes indeed my attack on Minsk was not fair (required 6), A 7 would be more fair due the advantage of the German army. Napoleon Bonaparte sorry but could you make a more balanced 5th turn?

How much do you need for capturing Moscow if there are 6 elite armies 2 regular 2 elite and 1 regular are armed with Assault Rifles All other techs cancel each other out
