I see that we really can’t agree. I personally also thought he sucked at first until I really thought about it. He isn’t a bad navy general by any stretch. You guys just dislike him because you feel as though a navy general really isn’t necessary. He is no nelson but for 820 medals, he might as well be. But I agree with you guys, as a navy general really isn’t necessary. I still feel as though he offers a lot for his low price. But he is more useful in conquests than he is in campaigns with naval battles. I have both Nelson and Falsen (who is totally equal to Morillo). Is like god and peasant to compare. Falsen can't fight against enemy ships. Nothing to discuss imo. Its dislike because of bad performance not because of any other reason. and in my opinion. Morillo will continue to be one of the best generals in the Navy And I say this from experience |

Only because You like him as he is Spanish?  I am not against, just curious. Because I see no any advantage in comparison to most of the admirals in game. On the contrary, he is very weak. I also like Suvorov (he is Russian national hero) and use him all the time, but I fully realise that I could replace him with better (gamewise) gen. I simply don't want to do it as I like him. |

I have Nelson as well, and I find him more frequently attacking other units as opposed to ships, such as fortresses and land units. His battle and naval ability is really high, but I before him I used Treville and it turned out fine. I did notice that Nelson was a bit stronger though, even at Prince, then Treville. If so, Morillo’s battle ability isn’t too high, but I feel as though you can use him for a while till you can get Nelson. |

Honesty I don't have much to say about Morillo. Naval generals aren't needed for the campaigns and challenges so naval generals are kinda irrelevant to me.

But having 8 additional end game generals, in addition to Napoleon and Blucher, means that you will have 10 end game generals, excluding Wellington for obvious reasons, which is just ridiculous. With that combination, you can have 4 infantry generals, 3 cavarly generals, 2 artillery generals, and 1 navy general, or 3 intantry, cavarly, and artillery generals, and 1 navy general. The point is there are enough slots in the game for you to squeeze a decent navy general in. |
