I just did this Mission and I think the reinforcements actually stopped. Presumeably when I killed the general, so I guess they fixed it! Impossible |

Managed to get 3 stars in 10 turns. First I used the military extra movement war tactic on one patriot militia and sent him all way to left to attack the enemy's in middle and used one of my high hp generals on him to stall the middle ally from dying. Then sent everyone else and took the bottom 2 cities then cleared enemy's from middle and it gave me control of the computer ally. Then I went straight for the city in front of the water.
